Can you handle a project end to end, or only specific disciplines?
Both. We can act as your single integrated consultant across the full lifecycle — architecture, structure, MEP, infrastructure, BIM and supervision — or be engaged for an individual discipline where you already have other partners in place.
What size and type of projects do you take on?
We are structured for large-scale developments: residential compounds, mixed-use schemes, commercial towers, hospitality, healthcare and public infrastructure. We regularly work with real estate developers, investors and government and institutional clients.
Where do you work?
We are based in El Sherouk City, Cairo, and deliver projects across Egypt and the wider MENA and GCC region.
How is BIM used on our project?
