The Red Sea Coastal Resort reimagines hospitality along a sensitive coastal site through low-rise guest villas, a central clubhouse, and a spa village woven into native landscape buffers. Guest journeys emphasize framed sea views, shaded outdoor living, and material palettes inspired by the surrounding context.
Design development covered master planning, villa typologies, public amenity buildings, and coordination with marine and environmental consultants. The project is structured to protect the shoreline while creating a memorable arrival and stay experience.
Developed for Horizon Hospitality Partners in El Gouna, the resort offers a boutique beachfront destination that feels rooted in place rather than imported from elsewhere.
