Lusail Waterfront District transforms a former industrial shoreline into a mixed-use destination with residential towers, boutique retail, Grade-A offices, and active public plazas facing the water. The master plan layers ground-floor activation, shaded pedestrian routes, and shared parking to support year-round use along the corniche.
Programming and design development established building massing, public realm hierarchy, and phased delivery that balances commercial viability with civic open space. Residential, retail, and workplace components are woven together so the district remains lively throughout the day.
Created for Qatar Urban Development Company, the project offers a connected waterfront model for contemporary urban living in Lusail.
