Riyadh Garden Residences delivers a family-oriented community of townhouses and mid-rise apartments arranged around shared gardens, play areas, and a neighborhood retail cluster. Block layouts prioritize privacy, passive shading, and walkable connections between homes and daily amenities.

Programming defined unit mix, parking ratios, and phased delivery, while concept and design development established the architectural language, landscape structure, and community gateway experiences. The plan supports both social interaction and quieter residential pockets.

Created for Al Watan Residential, the project offers a contemporary suburban model suited to Riyadh’s growing demand for landscaped, amenity-rich neighborhoods.
