The Cairo Financial District Tower anchors a new commercial precinct in New Cairo, combining Grade-A office space with a retail podium, shared amenities, and integrated underground parking. The design prioritizes flexible floor plates, high-performance building systems, and a distinctive facade that reinforces the district’s identity.
Arqa Far Peak led concept and design development for the tower envelope, lobby experience, and retail base, coordinating structural, MEP, and facade disciplines into a cohesive urban landmark. Public realm improvements at street level extend the project’s impact beyond the building footprint.
The result is a commercial destination prepared to attract regional headquarters and premium tenants while contributing meaningfully to Cairo’s evolving business core.
